Bal des Saveurs
Each year, two or three Bal des Saveurs evenings are organised at the Cité du Lait.
Come and watch culinary demonstrations based on pairings of cheeses, breads and wines with our four experts (a chef, a master cheese maker, a master baker and a sommelier).
Recipes are prepared before you (and relayed on a large screen to ensure you have a perfect view), accompanied by insider’s tips from our four experts.
The chef will create three dishes (starter, main course and dessert) for you to enjoy at the end of the session – accompanied, naturally, by a platter of cheeses.
A theme is set for each evening in advance. This could be linked to the season, a particular country or an element of our cheese heritage.
We also offer gourmet tours of the museum with chances to taste our products along the way.
This is an original way to explore the museum. Be prepared for a delicious experience with a few surprises!
